Embellished Nuno Felt Art Vest/ Waistcoat workshop with Bernice Mitchell (aka Heartfelt Bernice). Learn shaping, layering, texturing and fabric manipulation creating your own seamless, embellished, lightweight vest using silk tissue and merino as a background. Cost $295 includes accommodation and catering at Eltham Presbyterian Campsite, Taranaki. Minimum 8 students required, max 12. Confirmation needed by 6th January 2017,
